摘要
在电力市场环境下,发电企业和电网公司成为独立的经营实体。抽水蓄能电站应确定其合理且可行的经营模式,才能使其静态、动态效益得以体现,解决自己的生存问题,且能够提高整个电力系统的效益。以电量效益和容量效益的划分为基础,尝试性地提出了电网公司和若干大型机组发电企业联合租赁的新经营模式,用模型表述并论证了其可行性。
In power market environment, the power generation enterprises and the power grid companies have become independent operating entities. Only when the pumped-storage power station determines its reasonable and feasible operating mode can it realize its static and dynamic benefits for its subsistence and improve the benefits of the whole electric power system. Based on the defining of the electricity quantity benefit and the capacity benefit, a new united lease operating mode for the pumped-storage power station by the power grid companies and power generating enterprises with large units was put forward and was explained with models to verify its feasibility.
