摘要
青年是社会的焦点 ,青年的心理问题也是社会关心的焦点问题 ,大学生就业问题是今年来全社会都关心的话题。然而 ,大学生的成才心理却是一个长期被忽略的问题 ,但与大学生的就业密切相关。以大学生的心理特点及大学生的成才心理特点和影响因素为着眼点 。
The young are the focus of the society, and so are young people's psychological problems and young university students' job problems. However, their psychology of being-a-useful-person is ignored for a long period. Based on young university students' psychological characteristics and factors, this article discusses their problems-cared-now, such as being-a-useful-person, job, and so on.
