摘要
本文讨论了测量控制网的内、外部可靠性和指标,可靠性的一致性和多余观测分量,指出,控制网的最优设计要有合格的精度和可靠性。
This paper discusses the internal and external reliability, the indices, chnsistancy of internal and external reliability and the redundant components of observations of a control network. It points out that both the accuracy and the reliability should be considered in the optimal design of a control network
