检查假单胞菌荧光色素方法的改良 被引量:1

摘要 金氏B培养基中加入蛋黄之后,荧光假单胞杆菌产生荧光色素的能力加强,便于检验,对于产生荧光色素能力弱的菌株也能得到明确的阳性结果,这一方法的使用,消除了(月示)蛋白胨对培养基质量的限制。 When King's medium B added with egg yolk, the fluorescein production is increased. The demonstration of the fluorescein is more feasible, especially when the poor quality peptone was used. The positive results can be got even with the poor-fluorescien-producing fluorescent psendomonads. Thus, a new approach for demonstration of the fluorescien of pseudomonads was been developed.
