摘要
介绍了离散制造型企业的生产特点,对诸如树型BOM、矩阵型BOM、差异型BOM和模块化BOM等常用BOM构造进行了分析,运用 模块型和矩阵型BOM的设计思路,针对大规模生产、多配置系列产品业务中可配置BOM的设计需求进行了方案设计、算法分析及应用介绍。
This paper introduces the production specialties of intermittent manufacturing,analyses the usual BOM structure such as Tree-BOM, Matrix-BOM, Dcviation-BOM and Modularized BOM. By utilizing the design method of Modularized BOM and Matrix-BOM, this paper makes a thorough analysis on the BOM structure solution for the mass production enterprises which offer multi-configuration productions.
