摘要
对于因肠肝循环产生双峰或多峰药一时曲线的情况,不宜用通常的药动学模型和程序进行分析,需要有专用的软件。药物肠肝循环动力学分析程序(PAPEHC)采用 Quick Basic 语言,变尺度数值计算方法,屏幕菜单选择,既能辨识模型参数,又能图形显示.应用结果表明,它是一种简便实用的药动学软件。
The classical pharmacokinetical models and programs are not suitable for analysing
the case,double or multiple peaks produced by enterohepatic cycling,which needs a special
software.In view of it,PAPEHC has been developed.The program adopts Quick Basic language,
the method of change of scale,and menu choice at screen.It not only recognizes parameter
of model,but also displays graphics.The result of application has shown,this is a simple and
useful software for pharmacokinetical analysis.
