直喷式柴油机微粒排放特性研究

摘要 使用柴油机微粒排放单级部分稀释采样系统.对一台单缸车用直喷式柴油机的不 同类型燃烧室和不同油品及喷油提前角的变化作了微粒排放研究。探索了实现直喷式柴油机净化微粒排放的途径.试验表明缩口型燃烧室.适当加大喷油提前角可以明显 改善微粒的排放;燃油品质对微粒排放影响较大. A dilution mini-tunnel system has been used to collect diesel exhaust particulate samples. In order to reduce particulate matter emission from diesel engine, the tunnel is used to determine the effects of varying engine parameters on the samples collected from a single-cylinder direct-injection test engine. The engine parameters are composed of following components: different piston bowl configurations, different fuels and injection times. The changes are attributed to changes of total mass of the particulate matter sample, Especially, the particulate emissions from diesel exhaust are greatly reduced when the combustion chamber of squishing bowl type has been used and injection timing has been advanced.
