摘要
针对当前质量信息管理系统的不足,分析了通用质量信息系统的基本需求,提出了通用质量信息管理系统的设计思路和信息流程模型;构造了质量信息系统的功能模块框架,该系统具有灵活性和多变性的特点,能根据企业的实际需求调整体系结构,满足个性化质量管理的需要。介绍了在企业的应用实例,实践表明该系统实现不同类型企业质量信息的动态管理与动态控制,大大减少了系统的实施周期,提高了质量信息的利用价值。
Aiming to the deficiency of current Quality Information Management System (QIMS), the basic requirements are analyzed, then the design and information flow model are designed and the framework of Universal Quality Information Management System is set up. The system is flexible and changeable, it can satisfy the requirement of individual quality management. The application in enterprises of different types is introduced. The applications indicate dynamic management and control are realized; the periods of operation can be reduced greatly; The value in use quality information can be enhance by the system.
