摘要
重庆是我国最大的摩托车生产基地,推行海外战略已成为重庆市摩托车企业发展战略,特别是市场竞争战略的重要组成部分。笔者通过典型企业的实地考察,详细分析了重庆市摩托车工业在海外市场的竞争现状及存在的主要问题,揭示了重庆企业开拓海外市场的若干激励因素及其海外市场竞争中的比较优势,并就整合加工资源、发挥品牌资源相对优势等若干问题,提出了进一步拓展海外市场的战略构想。
Chong-qing is the largest motorcycle production base and the oversea strategy has become a very important part for the development of motorcycle production. Through the investigation in some typical enterprises, the competitive condition and barriers in oversea market is discussed, several incentive factors and comparative advantages in oversea competition is revealed, and based on the conformity of resources and the comparative advantages, a strategy in oversea market is brought up.
