摘要
论述了焊补轧辊的重要意义,激冷铸铁轧辊表面掉皮的机理,指出交变重复的热应力是轧辊表面疲劳破坏的主要原因。对白口铸铁可焊性进行了分析,重点介绍了两种特殊专用焊条的成分与冶金特点。使用两种专用焊条,配以正确的焊补工艺,可成功地焊补报废的白口铸铁轧辊。
Theoretically investigates the surface failure due to local peeling of the chelled cast iron rolls. Points out that the roll surface fatigue failure is mainly caused by circular thermal stress. Analyses the weldability of chilled cast iron and introduces the chemical composition and metallurgical characteristics of the two kinds of special electrodes for it. With proper welding, the special electrodes can be used to successfully repair the failled chili cast iron rolls.
