摘要
水资源同时存在于自然界载体与社会有机体载体内,不断流转并发生质、量和时空分布等嬗变.本文探讨基于“自然—社会”双载体的水资源嬗变机理,研究水资源形成、流转载体、自然嬗变和社会嬗变及其主要特征.指出水资源危机的根本应归结于社会整体,只有坚持“人与自然和谐相处”并达到“社会与自然协调发展”之目的,才能真正解决水资源问题.
Water resources exist within the double carriers of both the natural world and social organism at the same time and circulate continuously along with the transmutation from quality, quantity and time and spatial distribution concerned. The transmutation mechanism of water resources based on the double carriers of “nature and society” is discussed herein. And the formation of water resources, circulation carriers, natural and social transmutation and the main features are studied as well. It is pointed out that water resources crisis originates from the overall society. Only when the goal of “harmonious development of society and nature” is achieved by “harmonious co-existence of human and nature”,the problems from water resources can be really solved.
