经数十年的努力,中国的水电开发已达到相当的水平,随着中国经济社会的进一步发展,水电开发与经济和环境的可持续发展问题越来越受到重视.加快对中国丰富的水能资源的开发利用,是中国经济社会发展所需,是中国优化能源结构所定,是实现可持续发展重大战略的必然选择.
China's hydropower development has reached a considerably high level with strenuous efforts of several decades. The issues of the relationship between hydropower development and the sustainable developments of both the environment and the social economy have been attracting more and more attention,for which a series of relevant policies and principles has been made successively. Speeding up the development of the rich hydro-energy resources in China is decided by the need of optimization of the existing the energy structure in China, is demanded by the development of the economic society in China, and on the whole, is the inevitable option for the realization of the significant strategy of the sustainable development.
