摘要
阐述虚拟企业的概念及特征。针对其由于组织结构的特殊性而给虚拟企业文化的建设带来的冲击,提出构建开放型、信任型、融合型和学习型四种新型的企业文化目标模式。
This article gives an explanation of the conception and character of virtual enterprise. During the execution of its organization structure, it brought about some impacts to the construction of the virtual enterprise culture. Therefore, four new types of goal modes of the novel enterprise culture are put forward: open culture, trustful culture, consistent culture and studying culture.
