摘要
质量侵权包括产品质量侵权、服务质量侵权、建筑质量侵权三种情态,在产品质量侵权责任中,责任的承担主体是生产者和销售者,在建筑质量侵权责任中,责任的承担主体则是施工单位、设计单位等,在服务质量侵权责任中,责任的承担主体则是服务经营者。
Quality infring ement consists of three types,that is,quality in fringement of products, qualuty in frin gement of service and quality in fringement of construction ,The vesponsibility brarer shall be the manufacturer and the seller in quality infringement of products, service provider in quality in fringem ent of service and construction unit and designing unit in quality infringement of construlfion respeltively.
