湘鄂地区猪颚口线虫病调查及三种颚口线虫幼虫的光镜和扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

Studies on Epidemiology of Gnathostoma Hispidum and Morphological Comparisons of 3 Gnathostoma Larvae Species by a Light Microscopy and SEM

摘要 研究了湘、鄂地区猪刚刺颚口线虫Gnathostoma hispidum流行病学和三种颚口线虫幼虫比较形态学,共检查猪192只,平均感染率47.4%,检查鱼类16种,其中刚刺颚口线虫第3期幼虫旧性8种;两栖类5种,阳性3种,金线蛙Rana plancyi是首次发现的转续宿主,对我国蛙类体内发现的3种颚口线虫第3期幼虫作了详细的光学和扫描电镜形态比较并提出这3种幼虫的主要鉴别特征。 This paper reports the epidemiology of Gnathostoma hispidum from pigs in Changde. Hunan and Huangmei, Hubei and studies on the morphologieal comparisons of G. spinigerum, G. hispidum and G. doloresi advanced 3rd-stage larvae. A total of 192 pigs were examined and infection rate of G. hispidum in pigs was 47. 4%. The results of surveys revealed that in the abova district, 11 animals species served as the second intermediate hosts and paratenic hosts of G. hispidum. Among them,fishes had 8 species and frogs 3 one.such as Rana tigrina rugulosa,R, nigromaculata and R. plancyi,in which the last one species is new paratenic host from the world. From the data above ,the authours consider that Changde and Huangmei districts must be regarded as an highly epdemic area of the parasite.The results of studies on the morphological comparisons by a light microscope and SEM of the three larvae species found that this three ones may be differentiated by the shape and the number of the hooket on the head-bulb.the location of the cervical papillae and the excretory pore.
