摘要
针对荫罩式等离子体显示板 ( SMPDP)结构介绍了一种三色套色喷涂的方法制作方法 ,利用高压气体膨胀将荧光粉浆料充分雾化 ,通过掩膜套色分别制作红、绿、蓝三基色荧光粉膜。由于利用喷涂法制作荧光粉膜所需浆料配制简单 ,无须经过 5 0 0℃高温烧除有机粘接剂 ,因此消除了高温工艺对荧光粉的劣化作用 。
A chromatic spraying method to make three basic color phosphor is introduced which is especially applicable for shadow mask plasma display panel(SMPDP). Phosphor slurry is fully pulverized by the expansion of high pressure air. With the selection of mask, red, green and blue phosphor layers are fabricated separately. The spraying phosphor slurry doesn't need high temperature process to burn out the organic materials which is necessary in the traditional screen printing slurry. So there is no phosphor decay caused by high temperature by adopting spraying method, which will improve the luminance and luminance efficacy efficiently.
