摘要
自然权利概念是生态伦理学说的一块重要的理论基石。从四个角度对自然权利问题作了简要的学理探讨,针对当前人类生存面临的困境,提出了承认自然权利、尊重自然权利、维护自然权利的道德主张。
The concept of Nature Right is one of the most important cornerstones of ecological ethnics.This paper explores Nature Right from 4 aspects and puts forward the moral advocacy of acknowledging, respecting and defending Nature Right so as to help human beings get out of the dilemma.
