摘要
在湖南邵阳市“工业企业集团规划”研究中,我们看到,化工企业的化肥调运是经常的、大量的、牵涉的数据、报表和计算是非常多的。过去,这些工作一直靠人工来处理,并常常靠决策者的主观经验办事,缺乏科学依据。因此,工作效率低、出错率高。如何实现物资调运和管理决策的的科学化和自动化,已引起了人们的普遍关注。
In 'Industrial Enterprise Group's Programming' of Shaoyang in Hunan, according to the static quo of its goods transportation system, the author in this paper proposes four constrainted conditions, quantifies its fuzzy conditions specifically, establishes corresponding mathematical model and its method of network, computes an example, and analyses the results.
