摘要
鉴于多目标决策中确定目标优先级的困难,本文构造一个优先级排列ES,用以实现模拟专家在确定优先级时的思维过程,辅助决策者进行多个目标的排序。系统以企业经营决策、计划编制为实际应用背景,详细描述了系统的设计思想、结构、原理及实施,并有案例说明。
It is very difficult to determine the objective priorities in real circumstances. In this paper, the problem is further studied and an improved assigning multiobjective priority expert system is constructed, on the basis of the previous work.It is realized that this system can simulate the expert's throughout process for determining priorities and assist decision maker to assign priority ranks to objectives. The business decision and working out planning of a certain enterprise are regarded as the object and the practical application is emphasized in this system. The design idea, structure, principle and implementation of the system are described in detail. Moreover, a case of application to enterprise is illustrated.
