摘要
本文从一种新的统计决策思想入手,应用Fuzzy信息处理手段,作了改进通常统计决策方法的讨论,将普通信息空间中的统计决策拓广到价值更高期望效用更大的Fuzzy完全信息空间中的Fuzzy决策,为减少决策失误、节省决策投资、提高科学决策效益提供了一种新的量化工具与实用方法。实际应用表明,效果令人满意。
Beginning with a kind of new thinking of statistical decision, this article discusses improving ordinary statistical decisio method by using of Fuzzy information Processing means. It widens the scope of the Fuzzy decision in Fury complete information space the highest value and the biggest expectatio utility. It aIso provides another kind of new measuring tools and a practical method in reducing the error of the decision, economizing decision investment and improving the effect o scientific decision. Practice shows that the result is satisfactory.
