摘要
测试了TC4合金的魏氏组织和等轴组织800~1150℃,(?)=10^(-3)—50s^(-1)范围内的压缩真应力-真应变曲线,研究了各种变形条件的组织变化,分析了产生动态回复和动态再结晶的变形条件,计算了变形时的温升及应变速率敏感性指数m值。
The compressive True stress us. true strain curves of widmanstatten and equiaxial structure of TC4 titanium alloy havebeen measured in the range of T=800~1150℃ and ε=10^(-3)~50s^(-1). The change of structure under various conditions have been studied.The deformation conditions of dynamic recovery and dynamic recry stallization have been analyzed.The temperature rises of deformation and the value m have been calculated.
