摘要 从增韧增强、抗氧化和界面特性等方面分析讨论了颗粒状强化相或纤维强化相增强对MoSi_2材料组织结构和性能的影响,概述了MoSi_2基复合材料理论和工艺等方面已取得的进展,指出SiC/MoSi_2和ZrO_2/MoSi_2复合材料是目前较有应用和发展前途的MoSi_2基复合材料。 The advances of molybdenum disiliside(M oSi_2) for the high temperature structure applications have been presented in detail, and the effects of particulates and reinforcements on the microstrueture and mechanical properties of MoSi_2 materials have been discussed with respect of strenthening, toughening, oxidation resistance and interface characteristics. It has been shown that some progresses had been made for the MoSi_2-based composites with the reinforcements of SiC, ZrO_2, TiC or Nb and they are the favourable composite materials for developments and applications.
