摘要
研究了草酸刻蚀和钽处理对钛基IrO_2阳极的显微结构及放氧寿命的影响,重点研究了钽处理的影响。结果表明,经钽处理后的钛基IrO_2电极,涂层与基体结合良好;阳极的电催化活性提高;活性层内形成的Ta_2O_5系阀性金属氧化物,可提高活性层的抗钝化性,放氧寿命延长。
The effect of oxalic acid etching and Ta surface treatment on the microstructure and behavior of oxygen evolution of IrO_2-Ti anode are studied. The results show that after treated by tantalum, a good bond between the coating and the substrate has been achieved. The electro-catalytic activity of the anode has been increased. Passivation resistance of the active layer can be raised by Ta_2O_5 formed in the layer, the life of oxygen evolution has been prolong.
