摘要
目的 观察硫酸氯吡格雷 (商品名 :泰嘉 )与低分子肝素合用治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法 新乡市第一人民医院对 2 0 0 3年 1～ 10月住院的 10 0例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组 5 0例 ,对照组 5 0例。对照组用常规方法治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加用泰嘉与低分子肝素治疗。结果 治疗组症状改善总有效率为 94.0 % ,心电图改善总有效率为 84.0 % ,与对照组比较差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 泰嘉与低分子肝素合用治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效显著。
To observe the curative effect of clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin in treating unstable angina pectoris. 100 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases of the control group were treated with routine therapy, while 50 cases of the case group were treated with clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin. The total effective rate of symptom improvement and electrocardiograph improvement in the case group were 94.0% and 84.0% respectively. The difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The curative effect of this therapy is significant.
