摘要
报道了1-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酰基)-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲(Ⅰ)在2mol/L NaOH溶液中以较好的收率环化为新的3-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-4-芳酰基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮(Ⅱ).环化产物的结构经元素分析,IR,H-NMR和MS分析确认,根据环化产物的MS裂解碎片确认了Ⅰ的环化反应方向.
A series of new 3-(3,4,5-trimethoxylphenyl)-4-aroyl-1 , 2, 't-triazoline-5-thione were prepared by the cyclization of 1- (3, -4, 5-trimethoxylbenzoyI)-'1-aroylthio-semicarbazides ! under the catalysis of 2 mol/L NaOH solution. The structures of the compound II series prepared were confirmed by the elemental analysis, IR and H-NMR. The regioselectivjty of the cyclization of the compounds I was rationalized with the fragments of mass spectra of the compounds II .
