摘要
试验分析了广西横县木薯叶粉的常规营养成分、氨基酸和微量元素含量,并通过体内消化试验,测得猪对木薯叶粉的干物质、总能、粗蛋白质和粗纤维的表观消化率分别为43.49,34.93,48.77和16.93％,由此得出木薯叶粉对猪的消化能为7.44MJ/kg(DM),可消化粗蛋白质为11.35％。
The proximal compositon, calcium, phosphorus and gross energy content, as well as the amino acid and trace element concentration in cassava leaf meal (CLM) sampled from Hengxian County, Guangxi zhuang Autonomous Region were analyzed, and digestion trial with pigs was carried out. The result showed that the digestibility of dry matter, gross energy, crude protein and crude fiber with CLM were 43.49%, 34.93%, 48.77% and 16.93% respectively. The digestible energy (DE) was 7.44MJ/kg DM and digestible crude protein(DCP) was 11.35%o
