摘要
森林经营方案是指导林业生产的法定性规划设计文件;编案工作是一项复杂的系统工程。本文基于国营林场森林经营方案编制工作实践,着眼于提高方案的科学性和实用性,从系统思想、系统过程、系统设计和系统方法四个方面剖析森林经营方案编制的系统观。
Forest management plan is a statutory programming and designing document to guide forest management.Its planning is a complex forestry system engineering.On the basis of the management practice on general state forest farms,for the improvement of scientific and practical decision,this paper anatomises the system viewpoint of the planning from four aspects i.e.system thought,system process,system design and system mothed.
