摘要
本文从汽车机械式变速系自动控制角度出发,对传统机械式变速系的换档规律、换档过程以及自动控制模式等进行分析。本文还介绍了变速系自动控制的试验台架组成、计算机开发与控制系统、硬件配置、步进电机与节气门控制以及执行机构的基本情况,并对试验取得的有关结果做了介绍。
To realize the automatic control of mechanical-transmission system in automobiles, the transmission pattern and process of traditional mechanical-transmission system are analysed. Also analysed are the mode of automatic control, the selection of shifting moment and the control of shifting process, etc. Besides, the paper introduces the structure of the experiment platform of the transmission system, the soft-ware work and process control, and the hard- ware and implementation system, with experimental results presented.
