摘要
“青蓝工程”对学院的发展有着深远的意义,指导教师在“青蓝工程”工作中责任重大。文章从师德、教学和讲课评价三个方面阐述了指导教师的工作重点。
Blue Project' has profound significance to the development of our college. Instructors play the most important part in it. This article states the focal points of the work for the instructors on the teachers' morality, teaching and lecture evaluation.
