介绍三聚氰胺磷酸盐作为填料在推进剂绝热层中的应用及其作用机理、对火的防护模式、与绝热层基体材料的匹配性和其他优异性能。在绝热层中添加高效复合阻燃剂是实现绝热层无烟化的重要措施之一。使用三聚氰胺磷酸盐作为绝热层的填料,既可提高绝热层的耐烧蚀冲刷性能,降低烧蚀率,又有利于降低绝热层的密度。三聚氰胺磷酸盐是保障绝热层综合性能的关键材料。
The application of melamine phosphate as filler in the insulating layer on a rocket propellant charge, mechanism of its action, its protection mode against fire, its compatibility with the insulating layer matrix and its other advantages were introduced. Adding highly effective composite flame-retardant to the insulating layer is one of the important methods to make the insulating layer achieve low-smoke combustion. Melamine phosphate, as a filler used in insulating layer, can improve the insulating layer,s ablation-resistance and scouring-resistance, reduce ablation rate and confer insulating layer a lower density. Melamine phosphate is the key material to guarantee the comprehensive performances for insulting layer.
