Inducing Synchronized Oestrus of Female Deer by Using 15--Methyl--prostaglandinF_(2α) and PMSG Treatment

摘要 应用前列腺素诱导鹿类动物发情尚未见报道,非繁殖季节诱导母鹿同期发情也无研究。本研究应用15PGF_(2α)和PMSG诱导马鹿和梅花鹿同期发情,采用外部观察并结合阴道涂片鉴定发情。1990年4~5月鹿的非配种季节,应用15PGF_(2α)诱导马鹿8头,在第一次注射后的7~11天即全部发情;处理梅花鹿4头,其中2头于PMSG注射后的第二、第三天发情。1991年7~8月鹿非配种季节,试验梅花鹿6头,效果明显,5天内同期率为100×10^(-2);配种季节(10~11月),试验6头,效果显著,3天同期率100×10^(-2)。 There has been no report on the induction of oestrus in deer species by treated prostaglandin,neither has any studies been made on the synchronization of induced oestrus during non-breeding season in female deer. This report indicates the synchronization of induced oestrus in sika deer(C, nippon ) and red deer( C. elaphus ) treated with 15-methyl--prostaglandinF_(2α) and PMSG. Oestrus was identified by means of observing vulva and vaginal smear. During the non-breeding season from April to May, 1990, in Shaanxi, eight female red deers were treated with 15PGF_(2α), all of them showed oestrus between 7 to 11 days after first prostaglandin injection, two of the four female sika deers showed oestrus in 2 and 3 days after PMSG injection. During the non- breeding season from July to August, 1991, in Sichuan, six female sike deers were treated, the result of which was clear, in 5 days the synchronization rate was 100%. During the breeding season from October to Novenber, aother six female siks deers were induced, the result of which was remarkable, in 3 days the synchronization rate was 100%.
