摘要
利用焊接热模拟技术,获取粗晶区组织,经过不同的热处理工艺,测定其冲击韧性和硬度,进行了显微组织分析,探讨了焊后热处理对 X52管线钢粗晶区韧性的影响.试验结果表明,X52管线钢粗晶区的韧性随焊后热处理温度的升高呈上升趋势,但低于母材,其硬度随焊后热处理温度的升高略呈下降趋势,但均高于母材.
In this paper,microstructure of the coarse grained region was got by means of weld heat simulation.Its toughness and hardness were tested,and the mi- crostructure was analysed,Effect of postweld heat treatment on toughness of coarse grained region of X52-grade pipeline steel is discussed.The results show that tongh- ness of coarse grained region of X52-grade pipeline steel increase with the increase of the heat treatment temperature,but it is lower than that of the base metal.Its hardness gets lower with the increase of the heat treatment temperature,but it is higher than that of the base metal.
