摘要
人力资源价值衡量不仅有可行性,也有操作可行性。人力资源的价值在一定程度上是可以衡量的,但无法做到精确地衡量,这应该根据我们的研究目的和需要进行选择。
As a kind of potential economics capacity lie within human body which can show the essence strength of human , Human resources have their own value while it can create new value. Obtaining or employing human resources should rewards the owners, and the exchange should be based on the basic value of human resources. Measuring of human resources is available not only in theory, but also in practical operation. It's impossible to be accurately thus it can be realized in some extent. It should be decided by the research purposes and needs.
