摘要
用带加载装置的扫描电子显微镜,观察了一种低合金钢焊接热影响区近缝粗晶区韧性损伤与断裂形成和扩展的动态过程.初步探讨了MnS夹杂和M—A组元对该过程的影响.
The dynamic microprocesses of the initiation and propagation of ductile fracture in the coarse grained heat affected zone of a low alloy steel weld are observed carefully through an in situ technique in conjunction with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with a tensile platform. Some interesting phenomena are obtained. The effects of M-A constituent and non-metallic inclusion MnS on ductile fracture are discussed.
