摘要
There are a number of statistical schools which always argue over whether it is better to work with this statistical index or with others. A lot of people want to unit them together but can never succeed. In this paper, a new idea of statistical Philosophy has been proposed by using the east philosophy: yinyang wuxing theory. On the base of discussing statistical origination or source, many developing directions or orientations are demonstrated.
