摘要
通过选择镀膜工艺参数,制得了含量为Pb-10%Sn的合金膜.薄膜晶粒随膜厚增加而增大.合金膜与纯Sn膜表面形貌有着明显的不同,合金膜的显微硬度随膜厚增加而减小,合金膜和纯Sn膜的综合摩擦系数与磨损寿命都受到膜厚的影响.薄膜的磨损失效是由于膜向对偶材料的粘着和转移造成的.
The Pb-10%Sn alloy films have been ion-plated by choosing appropriate process parameters. As the film thickness increases, the grain sizes increase. The alloy film morphologies are different from pure tin films. The microhardnesses of alloy films decrease with increase of the thicknesses. For alloy films and pure tin films, the synthetic coefficients of friction and wear lives per thickness are all under the influence of the film thicknesses. The wear failures of films appear to be caused by adhesion and transfer of the mating surfaces.
