摘要
磁头飞行姿态测试仪根据激光多卜勒测速原理,采用四光束、双焦点的光路系统和相位解调系统,实现了高分辨率与大量程测量,达到了国际先进水平。
The measurement of the slider's flying characteristics is based on the laser Doppler inter- feromety theory. The measuring equimpment includes an optical system with four beams and two foci and an electrical signal processing system. The equipment has the advantages of high accurag and large measuring range.
