摘要
运用空间啮合原理对[1][2]提出的滚锥包络圆柱蜗杆传动机构作齿面解析,导出了蜗杆齿面方程及其在端平面、轴向平面、法平面的截形廓线,并建立了蜗杆副的啮合函数(啮合方程)。这为进而研究分析这种新型传动机构的啮合特性和传动性能提供了条件。
In this paper,the new type mechanism,proposed in references [1] and [2],and namedthe tapered roller enveloping cylindrical worm gearing,is analysed by means of steric engageprinciple.First,the worm's teeth surface equation is established and its profiles in several sec-tions are solved.Then,the engaging function is deduced,which makes it possible to study theengaging characteristics and driving capabiliites of this new type of worm gearing.
