摘要
根据部分稳定氧化锆陶瓷(PSZ)的增韧机制,减小陶瓷粉料ZrO<sub>2</sub>颗粒的尺寸是提高陶瓷韧性及其它机械性能的关键,因此合成细微ZrO<sub>2</sub>粉料的研究开展得十分活跃.韩利成等用液相沉淀法制备尺寸在微米级以下的氢氧化锆颗粒.村濑嘉夫等在H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>存在下升温水解ZrOCl<sub>2</sub>溶液,制备ZrO<sub>2</sub>超细颗粒.从所发表的透射电子显微镜(TEM)照片看,他们所制得的颗粒形状和尺寸都不均一,而且粘连。
This paper describes the preparation of monodispersed sol of zirconium basic carbonate con-sisting of particles with diameter less than 0.6 μm by aging Zr(Ⅳ)solution at elevated temperaturein the presence of urea and glycerol.The composition of the monodispersed particles has pri-marily been determined by the IR spectra and the weight-loss of the particles on calcination.The monodispersed particles of ZrO_2 were obtained by calcination of the monodispersed particlesseparated from the sol at 850℃ for 2h.
