摘要
采用纸片血清标本浸离提取法,对HBsAg及甘胆酸(CG)测定进行了研究。162例HBsAg纸片血清标本与新鲜血清标本对照结果完全相同;108例CG纸片血清标本与新鲜血清标本对照结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。纸片血清标本经置37℃下一周和实地邮寄试验,其结果不受影响。
Serum HBsAg and CG in 126 samples were detected with filter paper method. The results showed that the contents were coincide entirly and that the CG contents in 108 serum samples had no difference(P>0.05) as compared with fresh serum samples. The results of serum-paper samples had not been effected under 37℃ in post test for 7 days. It is suggested it a simple,reliable and practical method for basal troops to assay liver functions somatos on the spot.
