挂面不同烘干工艺技术的分析与探讨 被引量:1

摘要 根据对几家挂面厂挂面烘干工艺的实测数据,分析探讨了高温高速、中温中速、低温低速挂面烘干技术的优缺点。并分别对三种技术提出了改进意见。认为中温中速烘干工艺较之其他两种要优越一些。 According to the practiced tested datums of drying techniques of some fine dried noodles plant, this paper discu'sses some advantages and disadvantages of fine dried noodies drying technics at high temperature and speed, medium temperature and speed and low temperature and speed . Meanwhile ,some improvement opinions about the previous drying technics are put forward. In the end the paper gives the conclusion that the medium temperature and speed drying technics is better than the others.
