摘要
我们分离的油桐尺蠖(Buzura suppressaria)核型多角体病毒(BsNPV)GW-846是一种极有潜力的生物杀虫剂。本文通过叶片感染,添食饲喂进行其毒力的生物测定,感染剂量与三龄幼虫死亡率的回归直线方程为y=2.23+x。由此计算的LD_(50)为5.91×10~2/cm^2叶片。当感染剂量为1.25和2.0×10~4PB/头虫时,LT_(50)为4.8和4.9d,各龄幼虫均很敏感。五龄幼虫的LT_(50)也只有7.7d。工作中,我们推导了一个计算死亡率的公式,有一定的实用价值。
The bioassay on the infectivity of BsNPV GW-846, a potient bio-insecticide, was conducted on 3rd instar tea looper larvae, Regrassion equation between dosage and motaluty were y=2.23+x,The LD_(50) value deduced from the equation is 5.91×10~2/cm^2 of leaf, The LT_(50) values are 4.8 and 4.9 days for 1.25 and 2×10~4 PB/each larvea respectively. Infectivity of BsNPV to the larvae, calculation of mortality is deduced.
