摘要
本文依据对长江三峡工程库区秭归县和巴东县集镇迁建规划的工作实践,对移民迁建规划的一些理论性问题展开了系统的研究,其迁建成果符合国家有关迁建规划大纲和规范指标,并提出了现实可行的规划决策思路和方法.
For the sake of the construction of the Three Gorges Dam,people living along the Gorges will have to move to other regions.In this article,according to our practical planning of the towns for Zigui County and Badong County,the authors have made a systematic study on some theoretical probems about the removing and rebuiling planning and also comes up with some feasible planning methods and the policy. The achievement conforms to the planning outilne and the target of the state.
