(Ba_(1-x)Pb_x)TiO_3半导体陶瓷的振动光谱研究

摘要 本文报道了PTC(Ba_(1-x)Pb_x)TiO_3陶瓷的红外光谱和喇曼光谱。对室温时的红外吸收峰和喇曼散射峰的归属进行了分析,讨论了Pb^(2+)的加入量对振动光谱的影响,以及在25~340℃范围内五种样品处于四方铁电相和立方顺电相时喇曼光谱与温度的关系。 IR and Raman spectra of PTC(Ba_(1-x)-Pb_x)TiO_3 ceramics (x=0,0.280, 0.296, 0. 313, 0.330, 0.370)have been measured, and mode assignments of the infrared absorption minima and Raman scattering peaks have been made at room temperature. The influence of Pb^(2+) content on vibration spectra has been discussed, and the temperture dependence of the Raman spectra for the samples in tetragonal and cubic phases has been investigated from 25 to 340℃.
