摘要
以 TEOS、硝酸铝、醋酸钡为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了 BaO-SiO_2与 Al_2O_3-SiO_2干凝胶粉末,以此为初始原料经1000℃煅烧后得到了平均粒径为1~1.5μm 的β-硅铝酸钡粉末.研究了溶剂的用量、TEOS 的预水解对溶胶凝胶化的影响.采用 DTA、GC、XRD 研究了 BaO(Al_2O_3)-SiO_2与 BaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2凝胶粉末在加热过程中的物理、化学变化及晶相转变.借助电子显微镜观察了凝胶粉末的粒度.
BaO-SiO_2 and Al_2O_3-SiO_2 dried gel powders were prepared respectively by the sol-gel
process using TEOS,aluminum nitrate and barium acetate as raw materials.By using them
as starting materials,β-barium alumino-silicate powders with small particle size were obtained
after calcined at 1000℃.The effect of solvents and prehydrolysis of TEOS on the gelling
time was studied.The physical and chemical changes,and phase transformation of gel powders
for BaO(Al_2O_3)-SiO_2 and BaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 systems during heating were examined using DTA,
GC and XRD.The particle sizes of gel powders obtained were also observed by means of SEM
and TEM.
