摘要
本文报道采用醇盐控制水解法、Sol-gel 法、螯合物热分解法制备 Zr 水合氧化物,Pb、Ti 水合氧化物粒子.通过小角激光光散射实验,研究了这种胶体粒子的团聚性质.结果表明,水合 Zr 氧化物粒子的聚集体维数(光散射双对数坐标曲线的斜率值)D_f=2.29,接近于 DLA(Diffused Limited Aggregation)模型(D_f=2.50),而水合 Pb、Ti 氧化物粒子的 D_f=1.70,接近于 CCA(Cluster-Cluster Aggregation)模型(D_f=1.80),而分散在环氧树脂中的 PbTiO_3微晶粒子的 D_f=0.775,接近于线性(D_f=1).通过粒子聚集体形态与计算机对分维物体(Fractal)的模拟结果的对比分析,得出粒子的形态除规则结构(具有欧几里德维数)外,一般符合随机聚集模型(具有分数维数).团聚体是一种分维物体.
Zr and Pb,Ti hydrous oxide particles prepared by controlled hydrolysis of alkoxide,ther-mal decomposition of metallic chelate,and Sol-gel process,are reported in this paper.TEMand Small-Angle Laser Scattering(SALS)are used to investigate the aggregation characteris-tics of particles.Experimental results indicate that,the dimension of aggregates of Zr hydrousoxide particles is D_f=2.29,which is close to the fractal dimension of the DLA (Diffused LimitedAggregation) model simulated by computer(D_f=2.50);the dimension of aggregates of Pb,Tihydrous oxide particles is D_f=1.70,which is close to the result of CCA (Cluster-Cluster Ag-gregation) model(D_f=1.80).While the fractal dimension of PbTiO_3 crystallites dispersed inepoxy resin is D_f=0.775,which is almost linear(D_f=1).By contrast of aggregates morphalogyof particles with the simulated results by computer,it seems that the morphology of particlesgenerally agrees with the random aggregation models (with fractal dimension) except for theregular structure(with Euclid dimension).The aggregates can be said to be a kind of fractal.
