摘要
技术性贸易壁垒在当代国际经济发展中的作用日益显现 ,从技术性贸易壁垒所具有的客观性与合理性出发 ,深入分析我国企业在国际市场上遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的客观原因与主观根源 。
The paper preoceeds with the objectivity and the rationality of technical barriers to trade,analyzing the reasons that Chinese enterprises in international market encounter TBT from both the objective and subjective the viewpoints .Then it dicusses the promotion effects brought about by TBT to the development of industrial economy.
