摘要
在预防犯罪的过程中,以儒家为代表的传统伦理资源具有不可忽视的价值。儒家伦理特别强调天人合一的思想,重视人性善恶的分辨,十分重视人格的道德修养,非常关注人与社会的关系,这些都对预防、减少和遏止犯罪有着重要的现实意义。
The Confucianists as a traditional ethics resource has been an important value which not to be ignored in the process of prevention of crimes. The theories on the Coordination between the human nature and the natural law, distinguish good from evil of human nature, moral perfect of personality, and the relationship between people and society, have crucial practical significance for preventing, reducing and controlling crimes.
