摘要
融资难是制约我国中小企业进一步发展的最大障碍,现有的融资租赁方案存在着自身的缺陷,不能解决中小企业融资难的问题。因此需要进行新的金融制度安排。文章认为,发展融资租赁业务是化解中小企业融资难题的最佳选择,因为融资租赁可以有效把握中小企业的投资方向;降低融资条件和成本;促进中小企业的产业升级和技术进步;增强企业的资产变现能力,改善资本结构。
The financing difficuty is the biggest obstruction to restrict medium-and-small enterprises development.This paper holds that financing leasing is the best choice to resolve the problem.The reasons are that financing leasing grasps the orientation of enterprises'investment,lowers financial cost and condition,promotes the escalation of medium-and-small enterprises' industry and technolog advance.strengthens the ability of the asset changing into cash and improves the capital structure.
