摘要
太文从系统分析,模糊分析的基本概念出发,提出模糊优选隶属度公式,模糊优序理论与模型,用以求解水电站的最优开发程序,且可用于其他领域的方案优选与最优排序。
On the basis of the point of fuzzy sets and systems analysis,the fuzzy optimum selecting theory,model and membership formulas are presented for problem of putting the hydropower stations in optimal order,and it may be used to select the optimal project for the other fields.
